# Share or embed the booking page

> Help article explaining how to share a client's public booking link or embed it on their website so customers can book appointments themselves.

Every enabled calendar comes with a public booking page where your client's customers can book themselves — no login required. It's fully white-labeled with your agency's logo and brand color, and it only ever shows open times that respect the client's working hours, buffer, and booking limits.

## Steps

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the calendar settings">
    Go to **Calendar** in the sidebar, pick the client, and open **Settings**. The calendar must be enabled.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Find the booking link">
    Scroll to **Embed & share**. Copy the **booking link** — that's the page you can send to anyone or link from your client's site. Use **Open** to preview it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Embed it on a website">
    To put the calendar directly on the client's website, copy the **embed code** and paste it into the site's HTML. It drops in an `iframe` that renders the booking page inline.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## What customers see

A visitor picks a day, then an open time, then enters their name and email. The moment they confirm, the appointment lands in the client's calendar and a confirmation email (with a calendar invite) goes out — and your client's business notification address is alerted, exactly like an agent-made booking.

<Note>
  Booking limits keep self-serve bookings sensible: set a **minimum notice** and a **booking window** in Settings so customers can't book a slot that's about to start, or one a year out.
</Note>
