# Plans & what's included

> Starter, Growth, and Scale — the free trial, what each tier unlocks, and how usage is billed.

Every Brandless plan includes the full agent toolkit (voice **and** chat agents), unlimited team members, and your own custom domain. Plans differ mainly in **how many clients** you can serve and a few advanced features.

## How usage is billed

Your subscription covers the platform. **Usage** — what your agents actually spend talking and chatting — is billed separately, in dollars.

* The balance is labeled **Credits**, but every number is a real `$` amount.
* Each plan includes a monthly usage allowance: \*\*Starter $25 · Growth $75 · Scale $150** (the trial is capped at $5).
* Go over the allowance and usage bills as overage. You can also buy one-off **top-ups** or turn on **auto-reload** so agents never pause mid-conversation.
