Every enabled calendar comes with a public booking page where your client’s customers can book themselves — no login required. It’s fully white-labeled with your agency’s logo and brand color, and it only ever shows open times that respect the client’s working hours, buffer, and booking limits.

Steps

1

Open the calendar settings

Go to Calendar in the sidebar, pick the client, and open Settings. The calendar must be enabled.
2

Find the booking link

Scroll to Embed & share. Copy the booking link — that’s the page you can send to anyone or link from your client’s site. Use Open to preview it.
3

Embed it on a website

To put the calendar directly on the client’s website, copy the embed code and paste it into the site’s HTML. It drops in an iframe that renders the booking page inline.

What customers see

A visitor picks a day, then an open time, then enters their name and email. The moment they confirm, the appointment lands in the client’s calendar and a confirmation email (with a calendar invite) goes out — and your client’s business notification address is alerted, exactly like an agent-made booking.
Booking limits keep self-serve bookings sensible: set a minimum notice and a booking window in Settings so customers can’t book a slot that’s about to start, or one a year out.
