Brandless lets you bill your own clients with your own Stripe account. Subscriptions are charged directly to your clients and paid out to you — Brandless takes nothing on top. This is available on every paid plan.

Steps

Open Client billing

In the left sidebar, go to Client billing.

Connect your Stripe account

Choose your business country and click Connect Stripe. You’ll be taken to Stripe to create or link your account and submit the details Stripe needs. When you come back, the page shows Stripe connected.

Create a product

Click Create product to define a plan you’ll charge clients — a name, a price, and a billing interval (monthly or yearly). You can also add a free trial. These are the plans you’ll assign to clients.

Fees

You are the merchant of record, so charges are made on your connected Stripe account and paid out to you. Stripe’s standard processing fees apply (typically around 2.9% + $0.30 per successful charge); Brandless adds nothing on top.
Only agency owners and admins can connect Stripe and manage products. You can disconnect or reconnect (and switch country) at any time.
