How usage is billed
Your subscription covers the platform. Usage — what your agents actually spend talking and chatting — is billed separately, in dollars.- The balance is labeled Credits, but every number is a real
$amount. - Each plan includes a monthly usage allowance: **Starter 75 · Scale 5).
- Go over the allowance and usage bills as overage. You can also buy one-off top-ups or turn on auto-reload so agents never pause mid-conversation.
